Hi! I’m Chelsi. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. As you may be able to tell from my home page, I’m always looking for an adventure.

My favorite adventure and greatest honor is carrying on my family’s legacy as President of Wilkerson Moravian Bakery. My great-grandfather opened our family’s first bakery in the face of the Great Depression and was a pioneer in our industry. Nearly a century later, in the face of COVID, I helped lead my family into the future with the launch of our newest bakery. Check us out here.

I am proud to be one of the owners of Lot 63: A bakery, coffeehouse and taproom in the heart of historic Old Salem, located within Winston-Salem, NC. Check us out here.

I am also the National Co-Director along with Lauren Chu of Miss Mermaid USA (part of Miss Mermaid International, the world’s first mermaid pageant). We plan to eventually become a Nonprofit 501-C3 organization dedicated to ocean activism and community service. We are also the creators and directors of King & Queen of the Seas featured on Netflix’s “MerPeople”. Learn more here.

I graduated from Rollins College with a BA in Critical Media & Cultural Studies and 2 minors in Studio Art and Australian Studies. In my past lives, I have worked “undercover” for one of the world’s largest online travel agencies, represented Australia’s finest contemporary Indigenous artists and their Indigenous communities, worked on creative advertising solutions and brand building for companies such as VF Jeanswear, ViiV Healthcare, Panera Bread and Kmart/Sears, and developed skills while working for startups & small businesses providing me with the unique opportunity to wear every hat on the rack (as well as a jetpack and a mermaid tail).
